The Board of Trustees is the official governing body of Panama. Trustees are elected and serve a four year term.

The Board meets the second Tuesday of each month, at 7:00pm, in the Transformation Conference Center, located at 301 Locust Street.

The Village Agenda is posted each month at the Panama Post Office, the Panama Community Center, and the Village Bulletin Board. You can also find the agenda and approved meeting minutes on this site, under the documents and forms tab. The meeting minutes are also published in the Voice News within 30 days.
